Clean place with superfriendly and excellent staff. Brilliant, magnificent location to the best restaurants on Benedict's Street. Freshly made food in the indoor restaurant in the vicinity.

The window had been left open which left the room very cold but I was transferred to another room without any problem.

Excellent receptionist
Regret they had problem with underfloor heating which meant wearing shoes in bathroom. Breakfast was cold when it arrived.

Comfy beds and cozy vibes
Spent a night in a cozy double, and the bed was so comfy, I didn't wanna get up! The location is fab and the staff were super friendly. Just wished the noise from the rooms next door wasn't so loud, kinda ruined my sleep. Good restaurant too!

Quality of dinner and pleasantness of staff
Access, stony car park and steps into main entrance and annex. Not ideal for semi ambulant. Decor. Would recommend to those who appreciate modern decor.

the hotel was ideal for the the city centre the staff friendly and helpfull it was very clean and bright a hotel for young and old alike
although the hotel and staff was good there was a couple of things that couldbe improved on, that was the the room a little small, the shower was not very good, and the full english breakfast was not upto much, and there was no fruit out at breakfast

The location was amazin for what we wanted, really close to the center. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options, and we liked that the room was cozy and had a nice feel to it. Parking was easy too .
only thing we found annoying was how loud it got at night from other guests and the bathroom coulda been cleaner.

Location was really good for city centre, and the room was really good, nice and clean, good shower and telly.
My room was situated above the bar and I was kept up until 12.30 by constant 'boom, boom' of music and then after that by noisy drunk guests. Relaxing stay for city break? No. Would not stay again if it was free.
